Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage ServiceNow applications, including form design, workflow creation, and custom scripting.
• Customize modules for incident, change, and problem management to fit specific business needs.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using web services and APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues involving scripts, workflows, or integrations.
• Document technical configurations, customizations, and integrations while participating in system upgrades.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow platform development and administration.
• Proficiency in DevOps practices.
• Experience with web services and APIs.
• Ability to perform custom scripting and workflow creation.
• Knowledge of HRSD/WSD, ITOM, ITSM, and SPM modules.
• Experience with technical documentation and debugging.
• Any graduate degree.
• Must reside in North Carolina and be able to attend in-person meetings in the Raleigh area.

Preferred Skills

• 1 year of experience in ServiceNow development.
