Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions, focusing on custom scripting, directory integration, and web component development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom scripts and interfaces using JavaScript, AJAX, and XML.
• Integrate ServiceNow with LDAP, Active Directory, eDirectory, or OpenLDAP.
• Build and maintain front-end components using HTML and CSS.
• Manage email communications via SMTP and POP3 protocols.
• Implement and support ITIL framework processes.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional IT experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and AJAX.
• Direct experience with Active Directory or LDAP/eDirectory/OpenLDAP.
• Hands-on work with SMTP and POP3 protocols.
• Experience with XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience working with web services.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework implementation.
