You will design, develop, and manage ServiceNow applications to meet specific business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage ServiceNow applications, including form design, workflow creation, and custom scripting.
• Customize modules for incident, change, and problem management.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external platforms using web services and APIs.
• Debug and resolve platform issues involving scripts, workflows, or integrations.
• Implement development best practices, including coding standards and testing procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.
• Hands-on experience developing integrations using Web Services.
• Practical experience working with APIs.
• Ability to design and implement complex workflows and custom scripts.
• Experience participating in system upgrades and maintenance.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to maintain technical documentation for all configurations and customizations.
