Description

Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure ITSM workflows, including exposure to ITOM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
• Develop integrations using JavaScript and REST APIs.
• Manage cloud environment integrations with AWS, Azure, and VMware.
• Support enterprise IT operations in a managed services or MSP context.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize platform performance.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of relevant ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and integrations.
• Demonstrated expertise in ITSM implementation.
• Experience with ITOM and CMDB configurations.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and VMware.
• Ability to work in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in managed services or MSP environments.
