Description

You will own the ServiceNow implementation strategy and delivery within an enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Capture and validate business requirements through direct stakeholder engagement.
• Translate complex needs into detailed user stories, epics, and technical specifications.
• Design solutions for ITSM, asset management, and network/systems management modules.
• Author and review functional, technical, and training documentation including roadmaps.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage sprint tasks, and support go-live conversion activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
• Deep expertise in ITIL business processes and IT operations.
• Strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and asset management.
• Experience with IT operations and systems management.
• Proven track record working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to conduct business case development and market research for benchmarking.
• Proficiency in project administration, issue logs, status reporting, and service metrics.
