You will develop and administer ServiceNow solutions to support enterprise requirements across multiple modules.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and deploy enhancements and configuration changes for Incident, Problem, Change, Service Portal, PPM, SLA, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Release, and Asset Management.
Build logic using scripts and configure forms and workflows within an Agile/SCRUM framework.
Formulate testing approaches, create test cases, and perform unit and regression testing.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage code deployment into Production.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues while providing on-call support.
Required Skills
8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Expertise in ServiceNow modules including Service Portal, PPM, SLA, Service Catalog, and Asset Management.
Proficiency in CSS for Service Portal development.
Experience with technical architecture and system design.
Strong capability in creating and executing test cases and regression testing.
Ability to integrate ServiceNow with End User Services (EUS) related systems.
Experience participating in ServiceNow version upgrades and application deployments.
Background in documenting business and technical requirements.
Preferred Skills
Experience coaching and overseeing activities for remote support teams and external vendors.
