Description

You will lead the architectural design, development, and technical quality for the ServiceNow platform and its integrations, owning the platform roadmap and implementation of ITSM, SecOps, DevOps, and ITAM tracks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a platform roadmap aligned with business drivers and ServiceNow capabilities.
• Lead the design, deployment, and implementation of ITSM, SecOps, DevOps, and ITAM tracks.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to drive consensus on requirements and technical solutions.
• Identify process improvement areas and drive Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) projects.
• Enforce development best practices and technology standards across the platform.

Required Skills

• Minimum 12 years of experience implementing ITIL and IT Service Management solutions.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform solutions, including Employee and Technology workflows.
• Proficiency with Integration Hub, API integrations, ITSM, CMDB, IT Asset Mgmt, Discovery, Event Mgmt, Service Mapping, HRSD, GRC, and CSM modules.
• Enterprise-level application architecture experience using Java, J2EE, and middleware.
• Proficiency in Java, HTML, JavaScript, LDAP/Active Directory, networking, and database administration.
• Experience designing complex, multi-tier, multi-tenant, end-to-end solutions in high availability environments.
• Knowledge of multi-data center deployment, disaster recovery, and high availability across network, web, and database layers.
• Experience with database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL and ETL processes.

Preferred Skills

• Technical knowledge of design, networking, TOMCAT, and TIBCO.
