Description

You will develop and configure applications based on architectural designs to meet business and application needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative application solutions to streamline processes and enhance user experience.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, including building workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs and web services.
• Perform system maintenance, including upgrades, patching, and performance troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 11+ Years of experience in ServiceNow based projects.
• Expertise with ServiceNow Telecom Order Management (OMT).
• Hands-on experience with OMT, TSOM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer components.
• Proficiency in customizing ServiceNow forms, fields, and tables.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in CSA / CAD / CIS.
• Experience with ServiceNow Migration.
