Description

You will develop and configure ServiceNow applications based on architectural designs to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative application solutions that enhance user experience and streamline processes.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, including workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external enterprise systems using APIs and web services.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and ongoing maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on experience with OMT, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, and Integration Hub components.
• Proficiency in developing workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Experience creating and maintaining custom applications on ServiceNow.
• Ability to integrate ServiceNow using APIs and web services.
• Skills in documenting workflows, processes, and configurations.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow forms, fields, and table customization.
