Description

You will develop and configure ServiceNow solutions for a federal client, focusing on custom applications, integrations, and system automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scripts, workflows, and integrations to build custom ServiceNow applications.
• Troubleshoot errors within the ServiceNow configuration to ensure system stability.
• Integrate ServiceNow solutions with client HR systems, including HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
• Consume functional requirements to provide high-level estimates for customization efforts.
• Participate in design and code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional professional experience in software development.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is required.
• 6+ years of application programming experience.
• Hands-on experience with domain separation and system/process automation.
• Advanced knowledge of at least two of the following: COBOL, C++, C, or Java.
• Ability to document requirements and present technical information to non-technical audiences.
