Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on integrations, workflow automation, and technical architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow technical architectures and solutions.
• Build user-centric workflows and intuitive interfaces within the platform.
• Translate business requirements from stakeholders into functional technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues to ensure platform stability.
• Mentor team members and participate in code reviews to maintain quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and Architect.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using APIs.
• Practical knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
