Description

You will develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications to meet business needs and streamline processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, including workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems using APIs and web services.
• Perform system maintenance, including upgrades, patching, and performance troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience in ServiceNow-based projects.
• Expertise with ServiceNow Telecom Order Management (OMT).
• Hands-on experience with OMT, TSOM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer.
• Proficiency in customizing ServiceNow forms, fields, and tables.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• CSA, CAD, or CIS certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow Migration.
