Description

Build and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions within the SOMT Sales and Order Management for Telecommunications module.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement Guided Decision Trees, Playbooks, and Recommended Action workflows.
• Manage content creation, migration, and UX interactions for migrated objects.
• Develop and enhance configurable workspaces within the ServiceNow platform.
• Build custom solutions using scripted components including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development.
• Direct experience with the SOMT Module.
• Proficiency in scripting Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions.
• Experience managing Scheduled Jobs.
• Hands-on work with Guided Decision Trees and Playbooks.
• Knowledge of content migration and UX interaction design within ServiceNow.
• Ability to implement and configure workspaces.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
