You will develop and manage solutions within the ServiceNow platform, building custom applications and automating complex business processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain custom applications to meet business requirements.
• Configure and manage incident, problem, and change management workflows.
• Develop and integrate APIs to connect ServiceNow with external systems.
• Utilize Flow Designer to automate complex business processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow.
• Direct experience with Capital One environments and processes.
• Hands-on expertise with API development and integration.
• Proficiency with Flow Designer.
• Experience developing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong understanding of incident, problem, and change management modules.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
