Description

You will manage, maintain, and optimize the ServiceNow environment, with a heavy emphasis on Discovery and platform stability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform to ensure it remains stable, secure, and scalable.
• Optimize the environment with a focus on ServiceNow Discovery.
• Develop automation and service delivery workflows within the platform.
• Manage CMDB and core ITSM modules to support service excellence.
• Monitor platform performance to ensure operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery.
• Proficiency in CMDB management.
• Experience with ITSM modules.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM.
• Experience with workflow development.
• Working knowledge of AWS.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
