Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Discovery solutions, serving as the subject matter expert for platform stability and CMDB integrity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure MID Servers, Probes, Sensors, and Patterns to build scalable Discovery solutions.
• Resolve complex Discovery issues using agentless and agent-based methods to ensure platform performance.
• Enhance CMDB and ITOM processes to support organizational infrastructure needs.
• Develop integrations and customizations leveraging JavaScript, XML, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for ServiceNow Discovery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Discovery components.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and API development.
• Deep understanding of CMDB data models and ITOM processes.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and applications.
• Active ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
