Description

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements
• Build secure, reliable integrations using REST, SOAP, webhooks, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and related technologies
• Develop scripted REST APIs, business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows
• Configure and extend ITSM capabilities, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB
• Create intuitive, accessible experiences across Employee Center, Service Portal, workspaces, forms, catalogs, and mobile
• Partner with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and support teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot complex platform, integration, data, and performance issues
• Apply development standards, security controls, automated testing, code review, source control, and release-management practices
• Develop reusable components and documentation; support upgrades and releases; evaluate AI and automation opportunities

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of ServiceNow development and configuration experience
• Minimum 3 years of JavaScript and ServiceNow client-side and server-side scripting experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in API integration design, security, and troubleshooting
• Minimum 2 years experience with REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, authentication, logging, and monitoring
• Minimum 2 years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM processes and modules
• Minimum 2 years working with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, ACLs, and automated testing
• Minimum 2 years working with ServiceNow data models, tables, reference relationships, and CMDB
• Minimum 2 years experience in user-centered solution design, accessibility, security, and maintainability
• Minimum 2 years experience with testing, code review, source control, and release-management practices
• Minimum 3 years analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
• Minimum 3 years collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Minimum 2 years experience with Employee Center, Service Portal, UI Builder, and configurable workspaces
