Description

You will develop and maintain custom solutions within the ServiceNow platform, building scoped applications and configuring core modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage custom scoped applications to meet specific business needs.
• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules including ITSM and HRSD.
• Implement integration techniques to connect ServiceNow with external systems.
• Design and maintain interfaces using Service Portal.
• Write and optimize scripts to extend platform functionality.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Direct experience with ITSM modules.
• Direct experience with HRSD modules.
• Proven experience building custom scoped applications.
• Experience with Service Portal development.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow integration techniques.
• Any Graduate degree.
