Description

Develop, maintain, and support ServiceNow applications, including workflows and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test custom ServiceNow applications and out-of-the-box platform capabilities.
• Provide production support and resolve application issues within Agile sprints.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on technology roadmaps and platform improvements.
• Review and prioritize Jira backlog items and participate in sprint planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong proficiency with ServiceNow GRC modules.
• Experience working with additional SaaS applications beyond ServiceNow.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong ownership.
• Familiarity with Agile ceremonies and Jira for backlog management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience contributing to long-term technology roadmaps.
