Description

You will own ServiceNow development, maintenance, enhancements, and production support for the existing team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Review Jira backlog, prioritize work, and support sprint execution.
• Handle production support issues as they arise.
• Support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives.
• Evaluate and migrate custom solutions to out-of-the-box functionality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow GRC.
• Proficiency with Jira for backlog management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Experience with custom ServiceNow solutions and platform improvements.
• Adaptability to learn new technologies as priorities evolve.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting ServiceNow GRC initiatives.
