Description

Build and maintain ServiceNow applications, integrations, and governance workflows for enterprise-scale operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow tables, business rules, UI policies, and workflows.
• Design and implement REST API integrations with enterprise systems using iHub spokes.
• Develop automated test frameworks (ATF) and conduct regression testing for platform upgrades.
• Manage change activities, risk evaluations, and instance migrations via update sets.
• Troubleshoot incidents, rotate passwords, and maintain system documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years IT/software development experience, including 3+ years on ServiceNow.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and REST API concepts.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC applications.
• Proven track record deploying at least 2 large-scale projects end-to-end.
• Experience with Agile SDLC practices and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Knowledge of IAM, LDAP sync, roles, and permissions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Hands-on API development experience.
• Familiarity with AI concepts or tools in enterprise applications.
