Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow platform solutions under senior supervision. You own the delivery of business logic, UI components, and workflow automation while supporting platform stability through incident resolution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, and workflows.
• Perform unit testing on developed solutions and assist with production deployments.
• Resolve incident tickets and fulfill service requests to provide ongoing platform support.
• Document all development work and contribute to user guides and training materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and process owners to meet project requirements.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Ability to self-prioritize work to maintain deliverable targets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Availability for emergency on-call duty as needed.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Prior internship or co-op experience in a similar role.
