Description

Lead technical planning and end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow solutions. Architect solutions while mentoring team members and improving service continuity.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning, estimation, development, testing, and project management phases.
• Architect and deliver ServiceNow solutions, serving as a technical lead and mentor.
• Communicate technical concepts and presentations to technical staff and decision makers.
• Author and edit technical documentation for various stakeholders.
• Manage multiple responsibilities across varied environments using agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of application development experience.
• Extensive experience on the ServiceNow platform, including IT workflows and CSM workflows.
• Hands-on expertise with CMDB optimizations and Performance Analytics.
• Experience with ServiceNow UI, Employee Center, configurations, and customizations.
• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or a comparable major.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow GRC and ESG modules.
• Client-facing or consulting experience.
