Description

You will design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Glide, and REST APIs.
• Build end-to-end application features including UI design, workflow automation, and scripting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews to enforce coding standards and ServiceNow development guidelines.
• Manage ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and third-party system integrations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Expertise in at least one ServiceNow module such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or GRC.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, and REST APIs.
• Experience with UI policies, UI actions, ACLs, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, security models, and performance optimization.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
