Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and ITSM workflows.
• Implement and maintain Service Catalog items and request workflows.
• Configure and manage Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management processes.
• Support ServiceNow SAM and CMDB lifecycle management.
• Design, test, and deploy workflow enhancements and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and support system upgrades.

Experience Required:

• 6-12 years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM and ITSM modules.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.
• Experience in Service Catalog development and workflow implementation.
• Knowledge of workflow automation and scripting is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
