Description

You will design, develop, and test complex technical solutions within ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and code strategic cross-functional technical solutions within the ServiceNow HRSD module.
• Lead in-depth code and design reviews to ensure operational stability.
• Collaborate with Architects and Engineers to evolve the HR Portfolio and roadmap.
• Organize work and lead multiple teams to deliver features and solutions.
• Communicate technical updates and impacts to stakeholders and HR Business Process Owners.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery experience, specifically Case and Content, Portal, and Knowledge.
• At least one full ServiceNow implementation cycle completed.
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow configuration, customization, workflows, and integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, HTTP, and XML.
• Strong experience with SQL and relational databases.
• 10+ years of expertise in HRIS/HRIT, including HR processes, integrations, analytics, and reporting.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification, including all current delta exams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
