Description

You will lead a team of ServiceNow professionals in maintaining and enhancing existing applications while delivering hands-on development and mentoring junior members.

Responsibilities

• Lead a ServiceNow development team responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing Scoped Applications.
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM modules, including Service Catalog items and workflows.
• Build and optimize Flow Designer workflows and automation processes.
• Configure and customize Scoped Applications within the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop REST API integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems, ensuring accurate CMDB data models and service relationships.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience with ServiceNow development.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification required.
• Strong experience with ITSM modules, Service Catalog, and Scoped Applications.
• Proficiency in Flow Designer, workflow configuration, and platform customization scripting.
• Experience building REST API integrations with external enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB data models and configuration management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
