Description

You will develop, administer, and configure ServiceNow instances to support business workflows and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow modules and workflows.
• Develop web services integrations using SOAP and REST.
• Manage UI policies, ACLs, and catalog items.
• Provide consultation for HRSD implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Hands-on experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST).
• Proficiency in configuring workflows, UI policies, and ACLs.
• Experience managing catalog items.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• CIS HRSD certification.
