Description

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow customizations and enhancements within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex workflows, order guides, and record producers for end-to-end Change Management.
• Convert business requirement documents into technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Execute migration activities, including instance cloning and upgrades from Dev to QA and Production.
• Manage data loads by developing transform maps, update sets, and transform scripts.
• Facilitate test plan reviews and conduct regression and user acceptance testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in writing Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
• Experience with Web Services integrations using SOAP and REST APIs.
• Hands-on expertise with Change Management, Sprint Planning, and Stories modules.
• Strong understanding of core setup, workflow administration, and reporting.
• Ability to configure email notifications, alerts, and scheduled reports.
• Experience managing data imports and transform scripts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience maintaining code quality and instance performance through regular debugging.
• Ability to manage HI system ticket management.
