You will develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow workflows, scripting, and integrations.
• Write clean, maintainable code and perform regular code reviews and quality control checks.
• Debug technical issues and execute test cases to ensure software quality.
• Document code and application functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript.
• Proficiency with UI, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Understanding of XML and structural programming concepts.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile or Waterfall software development methodologies.
