Design and develop advanced ServiceNow solutions, focusing on Service Catalog, Order Guides, and Service Portal.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex scripts, workflows, and automation to support business requirements.
• Develop catalog items and ensure best practices in portal and UI design.
• Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP.
• Provide technical guidance for catalog, portal, and integration enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development.
• Strong proficiency in Service Catalog, Order Guides, and Service Portal.
• Experience building complex scripts and workflows.
• Ability to design and implement REST/SOAP integrations.
• Knowledge of portal and UI design best practices.
• Technical problem-solving skills for integration enhancements.

Preferred Skills

• 3 years tenure in previous roles, demonstrating stability.
• Any Graduate degree in a relevant field.
