Description

You will design, develop, and maintain advanced ServiceNow solutions, including Service Catalog, Order Guides, and Service Portal components. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and support complex scripts, workflows, and automation processes to streamline business operations.
• Develop and enhance catalog items, portal functionality, and user interfaces while adhering to best practices.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, and other technologies.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and support ServiceNow applications to ensure platform stability and performance.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and development support for enhancements and integration projects.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and enterprise platform implementation.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Development, Service Catalog, Service Portal, and Order Guides.
• Proficiency in scripting, workflow automation, and IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise-wide ServiceNow enhancements.
