Description

You will design and develop advanced ServiceNow solutions, including Service Catalog, Order Guides, and Service Portal. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP.
• Build and maintain complex scripts, workflows, and automation to support business requirements.
• Lead development of catalog items and ensure best practices in portal/UI design.
• Provide technical guidance for catalog, portal, and integration enhancements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow development.
• Deep expertise in Service Catalog, Order Guides, and Service Portal.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining complex scripts and workflows.
• Experience implementing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and UI design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide API).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management.
