Description

You will design and develop ServiceNow Service Catalog solutions, including catalog items, UI forms, workflows, and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement features based on user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Perform unit testing and support end-to-end SDLC processes, including development, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production defects, performing root cause analysis and implementing fixes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives to support sprint execution and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience.
• 3-5 years experience in ServiceNow development, specifically the Service Catalog module, using Yokohama version or higher.
• 3-5 years experience in ServiceNow scripting, business rules, application development, and automated testing tools like ATF scripting.
• 3-5 years experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• 2-3 years experience in Integration and API development using REST and JSON.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow UI forms and complex workflow configurations.
