Description

You will design and build ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and Vulnerability Response modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, reports, and business rules.
• Create and configure policies, controls, indicators, risk frameworks, audit test plans, attestations, and assessments.
• Develop and customize platform and application configurations using scripting and workflow design.
• Solve technical problems independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or similar certification.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, and Vulnerability Response modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including scripting and reporting.
• Experience with web technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
