Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions for IT service management and configuration workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom logic using Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.
• Configure ServiceNow Discovery, including probes and sensors, and maintain the CMDB.
• Build and manage integrations using SOAP/REST web services and MID Servers.
• Implement and support ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request management.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• 2+ years of experience with CMDB, ServiceNow Discovery, and Asset Management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and general web technologies.
• Experience with SOAP and REST web services for data integration.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and Configuration Management.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in CMDB.
