Description

You will design, develop, and configure ServiceNow IRM solutions to meet specific business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions, including workflows, scripts, and integrations.
• Configure core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
• Translate GRC/IRM stakeholder requirements into technical configurations and workflows.
• Manage ServiceNow instance components including CMS, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, and catalog items.
• Support system integrations using web services and web-based technologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow GRC administrative and development experience.
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow IRM data models and security architecture.
• Deep knowledge of Risk, Policy and Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk management processes.
• Extensive scripting knowledge using JavaScript and the Glide API.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, Angular JS, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, and REST/SOAP.
• Mandatory ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CIS-GRC certification.
• Cross-skilled experience in various GRC functions.
