Description

You will develop and administer solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop web services including Scripted REST APIs and REST Messages.
• Write advanced scripts using Script Includes and Business Rules following best practice formatting.
• Apply software development methodologies including logging, unit testing via ATF, and code reviews.
• Deliver development work within an Agile/Scrum framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• HR Professional Suite Certification.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with a web framework such as React or AngularJS.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM, ITBM, or ITOM.
• ServiceNow Service Portal micro-certifications.
• ITIL V3 Foundation or higher.
