Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development
- Strong ITSM experience
- Strong HRSD, especially Lifecycle Events / Employee Lifecycle Events
- Legal Service Delivery (Legal SD) experience
- Experience building Scoped Applications from scratch
- Hands-on experience developing Custom Scripted REST APIs

- UI Policies & UI Actions
- Flow Designer / Workflow
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external enterprise systems
