Description

You will develop and maintain custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform, integrating systems and building user interfaces.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customizations using JavaScript within ServiceNow.
• Implement solutions leveraging Service Portal or UI Builder.
• Integrate external systems using SOA technologies like REST and SOAP.
• Apply knowledge of AI Search, Virtual Agent (VA), and AI/ML concepts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow platform development.
• Expert proficiency in JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with AngularJS or React Framework.
• Solid understanding of REST and SOAP technologies.
• Competency in HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with Service Portal or UI Builder development.
• Knowledge of AI Search and Virtual Agent implementation.
