Description

You will develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform, handling integrations, customizations, and performance remediation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Develop and maintain client-side and server-side scripts, UI policies, and Business Rules.
• Implement customizations across ServiceNow modules to meet defined business requirements.
• Diagnose and remediate defects, configuration issues, and performance problems.
• Produce and update technical documentation and operational support materials.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development or administration.
• Expert knowledge of ServiceNow Architecture, ACLs, and platform security.
• Proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs for integration.
• Strong scripting skills using JavaScript.
• Experience with client-side frameworks like Angular.js or jQuery.
• Familiarity with Flow Designer and Workflow components.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
