Description

You will develop, test, and deploy applications on the ServiceNow platform, leading technical implementations for ITSM and ITOM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize platform features including forms, workflows, reports, dashboards, and notifications.
• Lead ITSM solution implementation, defining service catalogs and managing system integration.
• Drive unified CMDB implementation and ensure data integrity using ServiceNow ITOM.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and web services.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing maintenance and support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency with ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM modules.
• Working knowledge of Performance Analytics (PA), Predictive Intelligence (PI), Now Assist, and Virtual Agent.
• Deep understanding of Machine Learning concepts for sentiment analysis, auto-classification, auto-routing, and auto-resolution.
• Experience researching and evaluating ServiceNow generative AI and ITSM trends.
• Ability to lead engineers and data scientists in technical implementations.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow security and governance frameworks.
