Description

You will develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform, owning the full lifecycle from configuration to troubleshooting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet specific technical requirements.
• Develop scripts and workflows to automate platform processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain platform integrity by executing regular updates, patches, and testing.
• Support existing ServiceNow implementations and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall professional IT experience.
• 4-8 years of direct, hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong technical proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and module customization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
