Description

You will design, develop, and optimize Generative AI solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-driven solutions to enhance ServiceNow functionality.
• Implement and optimize AI models and algorithms for performance and accuracy.
• Collect, preprocess, and analyze data to train AI models while ensuring data integrity.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing ServiceNow workflows to automate routine tasks.
• Monitor AI solution performance and document processes and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing and implementing AI solutions.
• Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow modules and capabilities.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud services.
• Any Graduate degree.
