Description

You will deliver automation solutions across the ServiceNow platform, owning projects from inception through deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement ServiceNow Automation Engine capabilities, including Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and RPA Hub.
• Utilize Process Mining, Automation Center, and Document Intelligence to optimize business workflows.
• Apply ServiceNow platform best practices and scripting to meet technical requirements.
• Deliver automation projects end-to-end, ensuring successful deployment and integration.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• Strong JavaScript scripting skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON.
• Experience with web services, specifically REST and SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with SQL and database management.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or equivalent certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
