Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow modules to support ITSM and business process automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for ServiceNow implementations.
• Develop and configure Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Service Catalog, Service Portal, HRSD, ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules.
• Customize applications using Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
• Build workflows and automation using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Manage data structures, import sets, and transform maps while conducting unit and integration testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Hands-on expertise across ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and Service Portal modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and the ITIL framework.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Ability to customize forms, lists, and widgets for user interfaces.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
