Description

Lead the configuration and customization of ServiceNow applications to meet client requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions ensuring security and performance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and deliver user stories, features, and enhancements.
• Perform troubleshooting, bug fixing, and testing to ensure application stability and functionality.
• Create technical documentation and provide training to team members and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of extensive experience working with ServiceNow platforms and application development.
• Proficiency in web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong background in data modeling, database development, and ETL processes.
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs.
• Certifications in ServiceNow System Administrator and Certified Developer.
• Experience working within agile teams, performing testing, debugging, and technical documentation.
