You will design, configure, and integrate ServiceNow ESG and sustainability modules to support banking initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure ServiceNow modules for climate risk, carbon tracking, and diversity reporting.
• Customize workflows, business rules, and integrations to automate ESG data collection and monitoring.
• Integrate ServiceNow ESG modules with existing banking systems such as Risk, Lending, Compliance, and Core Banking.
• Develop dashboards and reports tracking ESG KPIs including carbon footprint and green lending metrics.
• Ensure solutions adhere to regulatory requirements like SEC, EU Taxonomy, TCFD, CSRD, and SASB.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience in banking or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ESG/Sustainability modules or GRC/IRM with ESG extensions.
• Strong customization skills: Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.
• Knowledge of ESG frameworks and reporting standards (TCFD, GRI, SASB, CSRD).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party ESG data providers.
• Understanding of banking processes, including risk management and compliance.
