Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and custom workflows. You translate business requirements into technical specifications and configure ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules. You build and maintain workflows, forms, user interfaces, reports, and dashboards. You integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and web services. You automate tasks via scripting, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot platform issues. You collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and custom workflows.
• Configure Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.
• Build and maintain forms, user interfaces, reports, and dashboards.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external business systems using APIs and web services.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, monitor instance health, and implement security measures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly, and AngularJS scripting.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules.
• Hands-on experience with API and web service integrations.
• Strong understanding of the ITIL framework.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the water and wastewater industry.
• Knowledge of Oracle utility applications.
