Description

You design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, custom workflows, and module configurations across ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Service Catalog, Incident, Change, and Problem Management modules.
• Build and maintain forms, user interfaces, reports, and dashboards.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and web services.
• Automate tasks via scripting, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot platform issues.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and document designs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly, and AngularJS scripting.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules.
• Experience with API and web service integrations.
• Strong understanding of the ITIL framework.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the water and wastewater industry.
• Knowledge of Oracle utility applications.
